James Butters hidden joint laminated shaft cue
A hand made snooker cue from Scottish cue maker James Butters, the shaft is laminated from maple and walnut veneer which is very time consuming and hence expensive to produce, originally made as a one piece cue the butt is ebony with a hidden joint at 13 1/4", cue is 57 1/2" long, weighs 17.9 oz, tip 9.5mm, butt 29.7mm, balance point is 17 3/4". This is the first laminated cue from this cuemaker, (i also have the 2nd one, a one piece) the cue has a universal butt socket and a normal sized flat spot.
