i remember playing with a lot of those old cues fro the rack with quality woods on the handles, but had really dodgy shafts..

look on the old cue thread, theres a few collectors around here. theyll have a ebony mashine spice cue

no one has one with black ebony butt

maybe ask one of the table fitters, they could pick these up when they dismantle old tables from closed down clubs.
