£1800...there used to be a market for these cues in China even at that price but over the last year that demand has dropped immensely

Where abouts in Australia are you??

I agree the Cue is way over priced and it only takes 1 Ebay seller to be asking this amount of money and more and idiots from China buying them that push the price up everywhere.

I seriously doubt you get that money for it but if you give me a realistic offer i may be swayed depending where in Australia you are as i would want to see it for that much coin.
If it is called " Common sense " why is it so rare???

            I am in Melbourne.

A reasonable price would be around the 1000 to 1200 pound mark all depending on condition as well.

I am no expert on the JPU numbering but a 1295 i am guessing would be 5 to 6 years old?????

Brand new JPU's are going for close to 1300 pound figures as well pushing 1500 pound depending on lots of factors and splicing etc but they are brand new spankers which would have been lucky to hit more than 6 balls!! It just depends on what the buyer wants to pay and some people will pay anything to have a brand new JPU sadly.

Like others mentioned the Chinese drove the price up and now it has subsided 10 fold.

Also 1800 Pounds is nearly 4 thousand Australian Dollars to us and go ask around your local Snooker Halls for 4k for it and see how far you get!!

Just to many cheaper options out there that play just as well or even better and you are paying for that name plate.

The 2096 jpu was the one I order from jp directly on early 2011. Took me 2.5 years get it. So u think 1295 only 5-6 years??? Ronnie his jp is 1495 or 1465 should be one of the number and think about it how long he had it.

No dramas and i take little notice of Parris Cues and numbers as i think they are over rated and over priced.

You do what you want with it and at the end of the day it is yours to sell and ask whatever you want and i hope you get it as it makes no difference to me. But if i was buying one for that money i would want a Cue that was no older than 2 years.

personally compare those 2 cue. The 1295 ash is more solid than the 2095. But 2095 is great feeling as well. And I have tried few old cue Like hunt jp. I use the same tips on same brand cue.same table as well. Only difference is older and new cue. Generally old Cue has ash reactions. But this is my personal ideas.
Thanks any well for focus on this thread.
I had heard some of the top cue make they are making cue in China or Thailand and put their name on the cue charge us same price. So it is hard to say ......

Palyujl: You ordered a JPU and it's too long and too wide for you, really? How did that happen, did you go to the shop?

                        How tall are you?
