Hunt & O'byrne Black Plate.

Hi guys. Just thought i'd let you all know that i am selling my Hunt & O'byrne black plate. I bought it from adr147 a few months ago but have decided to stick with my Trevor White mannock replica as my playing cue. It was made in 1988 for a former top 64 snooker pro- Mark Flowerdew, who used it for all of his main tour career. Its a 3/4 cue, jointed at 13 inches. Ash shaft, stripey ebony butt with tulipwood splices. Recently been back to Will for a clean and polish. 58 inches, 9.7mm and 19 oz. Balances at 17.5 inches. It also comes with an extending extension. I need £615 to break even, this may sound like a lot but trust me its the best example of a h+o that you are ever likely to see. give him enough money to swap, but given your a Scotts man i told him a clean swap would be FAIR ?????

The Will Hunt with the green writing is a very special cue. It was made by Will Hunt for the photographer who photographed Wills cues for his sales brochure when he set up in business immediately after 'Hunt & Obyrne' ceased trading. The photographer travels the world taking photographs of yachting events and so very rarely used the cue. It took me almost 2 years to persuade him to sell me the cue!! When I finally got the cue it was in just about brand new condition. Original as the day it was made......59in long, Maple shaft, 3/4 joined and balances at 19in. 9.7mm tip and 29.5mm butt and the weight is 18.45oz.
