These are the instructions on your link Mr Khan: Instructions:
Wear gloves, or at least avoid skin contact. It will get sticky so it's best to keep it off your skin or clean immediately with suitable solvent based spirit or specialist cleaners. Do not use water!
Apply generously with a clean cloth - Rub well into the grain
Leave for a few minutes - Wipe off all the excess with a clean cloth or paper towel
Leave to dry - Preferably overnight, but can be used almost straight away if you’re in a rush
Buff with a clean cloth
Continue buffing regularly during play to keep the cue clean and help develop a natural shine
No 4 is your answer, best to play safe.

Thanks. I saw that before purchasing it. I wanted to know any user's experience. For example, the MW cue oil is very good but doesn't dry even after leaving it on overnight. It would be great to know how long this gel takes to dry.
I've never used it mr Khan, but i remember asking MW a question on his contact page and he came straight back with an answer. Might be worth a try, they are very helpful.
