  • Extendable rests

I was looking on google for extendable rest, like these on amazon that seem no longer available,

In spider, extended spider, the normal end cross rests but the only ones i find are ridiculous priced (like 85 pounds for one)
Anyone know better places to get them, preferably NOT in UK as since Brexit the import charges are very high.

From the UK as you probably want to avoid. But just wanted to share it considering their price. Maryfield can sort it out too.

I'm guessing delivery is the issue here, but this is very cheap....

Thanks CC, i can actually get these from amazon germany too, i'll order one to check it out, if it's good quality a few more.
Bought table and stuff last Sunday, we're moving it in 2 weeks but it'll be set up in the fall, but can't hurt to have the accessories earlier.
Nothing wrong with normal rests but extendable is very handy to use.

We have these "TV" half-butts sets in our club and they are great, they are no longer "fishing-rods" like the old types
We have two per table, one each side, one butt-rest (shallow spider), one cross-head.

Actually didn't order one of those, the max length they extend to is 150 cm, which is not longer then a standard end rest, so useless for me.
I'm not in a hurry to get some anyway, best would be to know of a local club that is stopping and selling stuff.

Have you thought about using a normal length spider and putting a push on extention on the end of it. I do it with a normal rest at some clubs rather than using the half butt. It's tight but they do fit( well mines does).
