what do you need another cue for, you already have one on order...............you NEED a decent case to protect your cue.

I keep saying this... Barbilliards... And because im curious... Everyone else on this forum seems to have 26 different cues... as soon as i start down the path i am condemned!!! I dont think the case needs to be quite as amazing as people are saying to be honest, my current case is one of the cheap basically cardboard ones that cheap cues come in and i've had that 2 years and not even a dent.

seems to me that you are more excited about being able to buy a rubbish cue than a TW, MW etc

No but it would be nice to compare how good "good" cues are against how bad "bad" cues are. And if you pay 500 for a custom high end cue you aren't going to mind 30 for a cheap thing for the sake of it!

i suppose, but it seems a waste of money to pay 30 odd quid for a cue your not going to use again

My dad will use it for his barbilliards table and the case would have been used.

i thought you decide against getting a rubbish cue & case for a good case?

I think Rob knows what he wants to do deep down... Sadly it defies my logic too.

Rob, if you really want to see a bad cue, I could send my £8 Aldi cue over You'll soon realise you'd rather stick with the quality, that you're certain to get with your new cue!

I have decided to buy a better case. That doesn't rule out me buying the junk in the future though But my Dads summerhouse shed thing at home has a barbilliards table dart board, many beer bottles and a rack of old fairly bad snooker cues. It would be nice if there was a pretty cue on the rack even if it plays like a broom handle
I just have to decide whether to follow keiths advice or buy a craftsman leatherette case.
