Are you asking how to handle a tip which is already wet--or how to prevent a tip from getting wet--during rainy days?

                      Step a) Buy a case...

                      Step b) Build a roof

                      Problem solved?

Sorry but how do you get your tip wet?

                              lol exactly
it is absolutely impossible to play with a wet tip
though i would recommend using a wet tip for anyone that wants to practice cueing right in the middle of the cue ball coz if you put even the slightest of spin on it you'll miscue..
