Geordie Pool - Stay Well Clear

I live close by and bought an expensive cue from them. Big mistake. When I got home I discovered that the tip had been chipped and filled with wood filler. It was one of their top of the line cues - they import from the Far East (probably made by some 6 year old, paid tuppence) and stick their own badge on.

I took it back for refund and they had the cheek to deduct a £5 admin fee. I didn’t even have the energy to politely inform them that this was in breach of the sale of goods act and they had no right. Isn’t it amazing what some companies knowingly do?

My advice would be to stay well clear of this company and look elsewhere.

They look very nice. Not sure about the catch. My case has something similar and they don't close very well. Maybe thats why they give the added security of straps? Belts and braces perhaps.
