Who makes the best cue cases

Hi,

Just wanna start something to let the members here share their sensing about the handmade cue cases. The were a couple threads recently started to share their cue cases but no one shares their knowledge and experiences with the maker/partners of cue case.

I read several years back that the best case came from cheddar classics, but what about the current? Who makes the best case in term of quality?

I would imagine that the top case makers will all make you a case that is faultless and made exactly how you wanted it , so the subject is subjective as cues , with individuals having their favourites according to their budget and will like certain aspects a particular case offers .

Willytan What do you think are the important things to consider when buying a cue case?
I've noticed that with some cases there are no compartments for extensions so they tend to move about a bit in the case. I'm always worried that the brass joint may scratch the butt or shaft. The other thing with some of the leatherette cases is they tend to get a bit damaged at the ends. I like the cases with metal bits at the end for protection. Aluminium is pretty sturdy but doesn't look very nice.

I m still new to all these custom made cases.
I only owned a custom order checker black/white case by O'min which wasnt anyway near my requirements.
Thats why i m using this thread to learn n also allow those who owns one to share their knowledge & experiences.

I recently bought a New One Piece leather case from Stamford and I have to say that the Quality is absolutly fantastic. They case was custom made to my own spec and I have never seen a case of this quality before. Everything was done exactly as requested.

I'll echo the same
the insides are made from what feels like memory foam
it feels great and as they are made how you want them
you can have it made to whatever spec you like.
The downside is that this comes with a pretty hefty
price tag as each case is made to order.
I had to wait 13 weeks for mine.

well i personally think that quality,price,waiting time are the most important factors and i dont see many ppl beating www.customcuecases.co.uk u can get anything u want
