    Well guess thats true,never had any problem when using that method as long as the knife is really sharp,i like to have the tip high to begin with as i feel that it give better reaction on the cue ball,will play with it today to see how it feel then after some games,will re shape the tip after playing :snooker:

      i'm looking for some of these again but cant find them anywhere? any ideas? i've tried all the sellers in this post but nothing?
