I bought a set of Tournament Champion Balls and a case from John Parrott Cue Sports at the end of May .
The set of balls turned up without the case . I have since received an e mail saying that the case would be delivered in the 3rd week of June . Subsequent e mail received asking if i would like to cancel my order and they also offered me a can of ball cleaner .
I've said that i will wait for the case but they have given me no indication of when i can expect it .
The whole reason the case & balls were bought from them was the price , so it will cost me more to buy a case from another manufacturer .

Has anyone else had problems with them

Hope you told them what to do with their ball cleaner!!! I remember the price you got and it was very good. Get a refund from JP and buy your case elsewhere.

The problem is that it was a combined price and i will end up paying more for the case .
The set was £134.50 . The balls on their own are £112.50 and the case is £47.50 .

So i assume that they would only refund me the difference of £22.00 . I've just been on the website and i see that the case is not available to buy at present .

Great News . My case has just turned up at last and with the free ball cleaner .

They also sent me an e mail saying that if i ordered anything else that they would offer me a small discount as well .

Well i suppose they cant help the quantities but adleast the customer service seeme good .

Pleased in the end Hotpot but it took 6 weeks to get the case after the balls turned up and yes , the customer service was very good .
