I'm glad everyone is really impressed with this piece of quality workmanship.


I really thought I was going mad, especially with some of his statements and accusations.

I just had a look at his merchandise!!! Horrible stuff Defo an amateur as someone mentioned on this thread.

tell him to refund you or your going to trading standards, that might work mate?

cant believe he's got the balls to sell and send stuff out like that to be honest!

he obviously doesnt care about feedback etc and only interested in the money.....

He's not responded to any of my recent emails, in which I've tried to resolve this matter. I was more than willing to sort this out amicably, I obviously don't think he wants to do this.

We didn't use ebay for this transaction, which I'm sorry for now, so in terms of feedback in won't affect him.

Does anyone know if I can appeal against Paypal and their decision?

Trading standards might be an option, is there anyone on the forum who knows where I stand in terms of pushing this along this route.

I'm not after compensation etc, I just want my money back from this seller.

ahh, i didnt know you didnt use ebay for the transaction, big mistake, and you only used paypal as a payment option, so they wont want to know either.

what you've done then esentially is agreed a private deal between two parties, like you would from say the freeads or a car boot sale.

sorry if this sounds a little harsh, but he's probably had a couple of dodgy cases hanging round, not the best quality and with faults, waiting for someone to offer him a little less money and do the deal outside of ebay so there's no comebacks then, and he gets shot of the case!

is he registered as a business seller? you could still try trading standards maybe, but unlikely if they could do anything?

if he's already ignoring your emails then he's not likely to answer you now, try telling him your gonna bring the case to his house and ram it up his arse maybe that'll get a responce mate.

I don't think your gonna get your money back or goods exchanged from this guy I think your gonna have to take a loss on this one and just be satisfied that you've given members on the forum the heads up. I'm sure if he gets wind of this he'll be fuming and there's absolutly nothing he can do about it.

to be honest its your own fault for not insisting he put a buy it now price which you go through for the price agreed for the case, ebay wont give a flying wotsit about it and neither will paypal....

They are absoulutely shocking looking, don't look bad.. they look absolutely terrible. imo, damaged or not. could be blemish free and still..............shocking.

Think you guessed i'm not a fan then, maybe would have liked them when i was 12....
