we have not spoke before about a case, but after seeing one of your cases which was full of holes and black marks, i was just wondering how much extra it would be if you were to somehow be able to produce one with my name spelt out in the faults on the case so it definitely wouldnt be stolen ever by anyonw (unless they had the same name of course...)

lk8, I mainly put this thread up to warn other potential buyers and members on here to be careful when ordering a case of this seller.
Hopefully this has worked and people are a lot more wiser to him and his poor workmanship, I keep forgetting though, that these faults are down to me according to this manufacturer.
Yeah right.......
you don't get it, this guy's only sold 4 cases using this particular ebay account, if he feels his reputation is threaten, which he never had any reputation to start with anyway, then what's stopping him from opening a new ebay account with another name, and start over again, the next batch of buyers would have no idea they're buying from the same person, he's got nothing to lose, he never had any reputation for building any fibreglass case to start with...
lk8, I know you've said this before, I've had people email me about my experience with him and the case with the holes etc. So people are actually looking at his stuff and are maybe considering buying from him.
So I feel it only right to inform them of what I've experienced with him etc.
yeah but you're just being silly, trying to expose a bad cue case maker who's only ever sold FOUR cases, the more aggressive you try to ruin his non-existing reputation, the less likely you're going to gain anything, since his current ebay account is no longer suitable for selling cases anymore, he'll just say fk it, happily keep your money, and start his business with a new name and email and ebay account anyway since the reputation of this ebay account is not repairable anymore anyway, but I'll leave you to it, sorry to hear about your experience... cheers mate...
It's not a question of getting the money back at this stage, it's just raising awareness within a very large snooker community. And even if he creates a new e-bay account, I'm sure people will be on to him and at least won't be conned into cutting a deal outside the e-bay/paypal boundaries! :snooker:
This is what I believe is the purpose of the thread, besides we're having a bit of fun to keep it alive
