You know itx, you tried to sell me a one piece case for £75 when you knew I'd just been stung for £100 on a crap case, so I'm not sure if all this is karma to be fair mate. You even lured me into conversation by saying you had an old case you didn't need and didn't want much for, before asking me to make you an offer on a case I'd never seen. Would you have actually gone through with the sale? Would you have posted this thread had I bought it?

Here's an angry one from him, dated 4/1/2011:
***Let me know when you get bored of them, hehehe***
You talk to me about your patients wearing thin, that’s nothing compared to what you’ve been doing to mine since the day you paid for the case! You have no concept of normal boundaries and your conduct towards me has been invasive and harassing to say the least.
Your constant bombardment of txt’s, emails and persistent whining about wanting photo’s and updates etc has been ludicrous. This along with your attitude about not getting an instant response, is just beyond a joke. Best example of this is you complaining about not getting an answer to the two txt’s that you sent me over xmas. You really do need to work on this! Just to help you, I’m going to draw a very clear line. If you need to contact me in the future, responses will be limited to standard business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays). Which is why you’ve not had a response over the past few days, although I’m aware (based on number of harassing emails you’ve sent) that you’ve had nothing better to do than sit in front of computer and send repetitive emails and throw your toys out the pram when you don’t get an answer. I on the other hand thought it was quite reasonable to (after having worked right through xmas/new year) take new years day, the Sun and subsequent bank holiday Mon off!
Although, with the way you’ve been, I don’t expect any understanding from you over the points. I don’t actually care either, I’ve had all I’m prepared to take from you as a customer. So if you want to send the case back the go ahead, but this will be entirely at your own cost. Although I don’t mind on the odd occasion going above and beyond, I’m just not prepared to do that for you. As let’s face it, it doesn’t take too much to work out from your emails that one of two things has happened. Either you decided that you weren’t able to wait for my case to arrive and went out and bought something else instead. Or, as you’re so skint, you decided that you cant afford to spend so much on a case and now just want your money back. It’s got nothing to do with the weak patches of color. You were told on day one why I would have a cheap case knocking around, and despite that you kept coming back month after month asking for a cheap case. You really do strike me as the kind of person that looks to get something for a s little as possible but still expects to get the absolute dogs bollocks. Your probable find things a lot easier if stop deliberately sourcing something cheap and then complaining when you get it.
As for your threat of slander, I’ll say this. I will be keeping all of your emails for a matter of record (which will allow me to prove intent on your part). I will make a point of regularly checking all forums etc in your area, and if I come across a single word of print from you that bad mouths me in any way, I will sue you for slander!!!! I would suggest that this might be something you should avoid, as going by your stipulated financial circumstances I wouldn’t of thought that you could afford a trip to court.
As I’ve said, if you whish to return the case then you will have to do so at your own cost. As soon as I get it back you can have your refund.
Matt

Firefrets, I did try to sell you a case mate, I wasn't the person that shafted you, when had your problem.
It was a black leather 1 piece custom made case, which holds two cues, this leather case is without blobs of glue or scratches on it, it wasn't a red 3/4 fibre glass case, this actually cost a lot more than £75.00 to be made. Your situation is slightly different to what I'm experiencing, to which I empathise and did with you at the time.
I would of still went ahead with this thread mate, regardless of whether you had bought the case or not.
I just wanted other members to be aware, that's all, same as you did.

I bought another case mate, and the guy knocked me £50 off so the final cost was £130 for the case.
You told me you had a case and didn't want much for it. I asked what you had, and you said you had a leather case. At this point it's 'normal' to give me an idea what you want for it. Not giving me a link, or photos, is the same as saying "I have a car - make me an offer". So I make you an offer and you say "oh no, I couldn't possibly accept that" etc. Then you say you wanted £79 for it, or similar.
How does "not a lot of money" and then try and get £79 add up? £79 is a lot of money in anyones book lol.
Mate I'm not having a go, but the way you go about things is 'unusual' and not what generally happens, and I can't help thinking here that perhaps your problem in this unfortunate episode could maybe have been prevented.
You sound like a nice lad, but the seller sounds fairly reasonable in his correspondance too, so I don't think you're going to win that one bud.
Maybe put it down to experience, and get what you can for the case off someone who wants it, as keeping it will never make you happy.
There was an aluminium 2 cue case in 1 piece style floating arounds Ebay recently, which was about £39 that you might like.

If you need to buy again I know a few guys who might be in a position to help you get a case, but personally thos fibreglass ones look a bad bet.
I hope you find happiness mate and don't let this ordeal get you down.
