    Ok to protect from the rain or short journey's but not for long term storage or use.I had one and ended up with a bent cue.

      See if there are any of the old metal tudes for sale, much better for protection but also usually cheaper than this plastic one.
      Not my cup of tea though, also I never leave my cue at the club, always take home.

        How did the plastic tube bend your cue?
        Wouldn't advise using an old metal one unless you have a plastic sleave, it will scratch the cue.

          yep forgot about that.
          There is a lady in our pool league, she has an old Davies cue about 55" and she has a metal tube with suede lining she put in herself about 40 years ago she said.
          But again, not my cup of tea for a case
