    Got somes old balls they are really heavy compared to my crystal lite balls i wouldnt like to have a game with them does anybody know what they are made of they came with a old box and i got and old ironing

      The balls you have are either super crystalAte or else Aramith. These ball are likely the forerunner to the super crystalate balls and they we called 'crystalate' without the super.

      There were heavier but I don't know about kicks. Get a jewler's scale and weigh them. The present Tournament Champion balls or G1 balls from Aramith weigh around 141gm each

        They could also be bonzaline (bonzalene, bonzalite... Whatever they were called).
        They were about pre-crystalite. From what I'm told, They were lighter than Ivory balls, but heavier than todays Super Crystalite Aramith. An improvement from Ivory balls, but nowhere near as good as crystalite.
        If you want to play the pink, but you're hampered by the red, you could always try to play the brown!
