  • Has anyone tried Tite Grip for snooker ?

I accidentally came across this when i was searching for something else on the net, fast forward the youtube clip to 8mins 7 seconds.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L9qMUiEiQkk

    Has anyone tried it ?

Everyone has probably played a match or has practiced in a room thats like a greenhouse, the heat makes it difficult for your cue to run through the "V" on your bridge hand due to your hands sweating, Tite Grip is supposed to eliminate this, it makes your hands smooth and its supposed to last for around 5hrs. Its not expensive either, it could be worth carrying one for places where you know its going warm and damp in the air.

    Plenty for sale on ebay.

I tried this last night for the first time in a snooker room thats normally like playing in a greenhouse, it really did work.

I applied it to the V part of my bridge and left the rest of my hands alone, the V part of my bridge remained smooth and dry where as the under side of my hand was sticky and moist from the heat.
