        Q rite is a godsend, but i found mine only fits on brass rests with the plastic feet it just spins round on a full brass rest

        for me it would be a file or bit of sand paper to reough the tip up every so often

          I much prefer using the Q-Rite , as it saves your cue from get sawed in half when using some spiders . They seem to make the grooves either too big or too small !
          Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !

            The spider grooves are rounded at the places I've been to... if I manage to find one at all. Wonder why it was made like that, as if the shot itself is not challenging enough, they got to make the grooves woobly.

            So yeah, Q-Rite is very handy to have. Not often used, but when you need one, you Really need one. Same goes for the long extension.

              They also make the ones with the 'V' groove in them .......horrible things !

                I have four pieces of chalk, cue towel, tip pick and sander and a Q-rite. Haven't needed the Q-rite once.

                    Tip shaper, some sandpaper one of those spider doohickeys that goes onto the rest, towel and 2 sd extensions.
