I have tried it, and the chalk held the tip really well, and got good reaction with it, but it left really heavy chalk marks on
the cueball, which would need to have been cleaned constantly,if it wasn't for this I would have used it.
but went back to the green triangle chalk! so imo a waste of money at the price it is.

I have tried both the .98 and 1.21 chalk and my favourite is the .98.
I recorded over 700 hours of play & practice with my first block of .98.
The major plus points for me are:
I play with a layered tip and the added grip is superb and when it is applied gentley it literally " flows " over the tip.
Yes the 98 can leave marks on the CB however I don't over chalk, so you need to find what works for you, for me I barely touch the the chalk between shots, in practice I will easily play 20 shots before " feeling " the need to re chalk.
Next major plus is it leaves close to zero residue on the the table and your cue, if your own the table and your practicising long blues for an hour or so you will love the benefits.
What really P..... me off is with the new block I have just bought they have introduced a " dish " in the face of the the cube similar to all the other chalk blocks, I see this as rip off !!!!" Cues are like girlfriends, once they become an EX I don't want them hanging around ".

kamui chalk
My friend has tried this chalk he plays 3 times a week and has not used a whole chalk yet bearing in mind he has had it just over a year.he can chalk his cue twice and play a whole frame of snooker with it without miss cueing.like he says through out your snooker life how many pieces of chalk do u buy?hardly any as most clubs give them away.so £20 isn't that much when u look at it from that point of view
