Kamui Beige or Kamui Black tips?

Hey folks, this is probably a very stupid question but i got a couple of the kamui medium tips and was wondering if putting them on is just the same as fitting any other tip? I realise there's a lot of shaping involved but anything i should watch for?

Old thread I know , but just wanted to say that I've fitted a kamui black M , to my cue yesterday after previously using elks and BD . The kamui is awesome . It didn't take any playing in , held chalk great , loads of reaction on cueball ( I was over screwing a lot etc) . Didn't sound hard at all like I've heard elsewhere . It felt it was softer than I thought it would be . I gave it 5 hours solo practice last night and was impressed .
