Aramith replacement red ball

It's not misleading at all and you would be completely out of order to "slaughter" them on feedback.

It is absolutely 100% an Aramith 2 1/16 red ball as described in the ad. It never said it was a TC and it's your bad to not know there is more than 1 type of Aramith snooker ball. I knew looking at the pic it wasn't a TC and less than 5mins looking at their other eBay listings confirmed that it's a Premier Aramith ball as far as I'm concerned.

It does not state that is a premier ball anywhere on the listing so why would you assume that it is a premier and not a TC, or am I missing something? By not giving a full description it is clear that it could be mistaken for a TC. I have emailed the seller straight away thanks to you advice, so there is no reason for them not to cancel. So if they choose to ignore my email and dispatch the item regardless they are gonna get it both barrels. LOL

Why should they cancel if they are selling what they advertised? It's not their fault you didn't know what it is, that's your fault. But I wouldn't be surprised if they decide to refund as it saves them a load of hassle dealing with folk who buy stuff when they don't know what it is and then turn round and blame the seller for their own ignorance.

You can get Premier balls in 1 7/8, 2 and 2 1/16, and in 10 red or 15 red sets.

Glad you're admitting your error that you assumed it was a TC, hopefully you'll mention that if/when you slaughter them on eBay.

I don't know why you are getting so excited about a ball lol. Fortunately for me I'm 100% confident that the seller will accept my genuine mistake and refund the money and do you know why Gerry, I tell you why because it's good business. You seem to have got yourself worked up for nothing still you have made me laugh so my thanks for that.

Me worked up? Not at all, I wasn't the one who was going to "slaughter" anyone.

It was you who made me laugh - I thought it was funny that you thought you had a bargain when in fact you had bought the wrong item. But after I had a wee chuckle I did the decent thing and tried to help you out.

Hopefully you get you're £4.58 back and you can put it towards a TC red ball.

The remark about slaughter him on ebay was a joke which you have failed to realise. I am fully aware that I did not fully read and understand the ad, but still think it is misleading or a least confusing to someone of my obvious lower intellect.
I don't see anything remotely amusing about trying to obtain a bargain on the internet(isn't that what we all do), as for getting my money back I have emailed him asking can I take a different product of the same value. Like I said you have done me a service even if it was done out of pity for me. I think your last post speaks volumes about you Gerry. I will let you know the outcome as you are so concerned for my financial well being.

For those guy's that are genuinely interested in finding a replacement TC at a reasonable price, I have found this web site I have doubled checked the description and all seems to be in order. I have decided to get a new white and red.

I't shocking when you think these guys on ebay are most probably getting set's of balls at trade price then breaking the set down and selling them for a massive mark up. Rip off Britain.
