Have heard they are fantastic mate a mate of mine Jayson Shaw uses them for 9 ball and says they are the bollox

Cant see how they would be any different to the other Kamui tips that i have tried. Looks like just another sales gimmick on a plus note tho the Kamui tips i have played with were very very good one of the best for shot consistency .

yeah thats what i was thinking, cant see any benefit from a clear layer unless you have a black ferrule even then seems a bit pointless. yeah normal kamui black r awesome...hmm may try them lol

Kamui say its about making sure the tips are stuck well. so no glue can soak into the tip when fitting
It's basically a glorified tip wafer

That´s the point. It´s a little benefit and imho will become more popular on new tips in the future.
