Bowtie Tip Pcks

Anyone use one of these Tip Picks and are they any good?

Thinking of buying one of ebay.

Been using a cue with an Omin tip on. Very good tip but rock hard and had a few mis-cues as they dont hold chalk that well. Wondering if a tip pick might help.
