sorry no experience with g2 tips, but if you take it slow you really cant go wrong, and when shaping, alwaysbuse down strokes, from the top of the tip towards the ferrule, never sand or file it upwards, it doesnt matter if it takes you half hour or an hour, you will get quicker with practice, i do mine in 10-15 minutes but when i first started it felt like it took forever! lol best if luck with it and i look forward to seeing it

Nice righton.

I had a go myself with my new G2 but i don't think i did as a good a job as what you did!!! Practice makes perfect though i suppose!!!

Mine is holding shape so far really good and plays beautifully.

just ordered a new tip after some clown in my local dropped a pint over the pool table with my cue on it whilst i popped to the toilet!!

Ordered my tip yesterday around 3pm and it has arrived today! In a nifty little metal box.

Excellent service, i will be fitting it again this evening before going to the snooker club

I didn't get a nifty little box and I ordered 3 tips lol.... That little box would have went well in my case too

i ran out of little bags - boxes cost me about 55p each so tend not to send them!

Charge for the boxes, i would rather have a box than a bag, and it will look better in my case than the old cycle puncture repair kit box i have at the moment
