Wow, your shaping is impeccable. I cannot get that burnished finish, and I have the Burnishing tool too

            ADR147 Laminated Tips Review

im actually using a square i cut off the back of my pld diary from last year lol i just thought id try it a few weeks back and it worked quite well so i cut a small square out which i keep in my pocket.
As i said before regarding shaping, the key is be patient and dont rush it, mines still not perfect but it will do for now and il finish it off in about 2 weeks when any bedding in has been done, then il fine tune the shaping and finish it all off properly, which should be it done for a while as iv learnt my lesson about leaving my cue out or on the table on! lol

Mine is coming along nicely, haven't got the dome to what I would like at the minute. No play with the tip yet, so ill give it another go once I have got a bit of wear on it

That is one great tip job, I am going off to have a think about getting one of these(in the box of course) I have an MW super tip on just now and I am playing well for me,( the only layered tip I have used before was an Omin, while a nice tip it was far too hard for me) so I'm a wee bit nervous of changing tips, but those pics do look very nice indeed.

Had it out tonight for a few frames, only managed an hour or 2 tho as working early in the morning.

Overall impressions, it feels great.. Can't wait to get out and play with it again. Good job ADR

Yeah looks fine to me, these tips hold shape well so bedding in wont change it dramaticly, butbonce you feel its bedding in nicely just give it a quick tidy up and youre good to go

I had a couple of hours tonight and gradually reshaped it slightly as i went, i dont like mine quite as high as i have it in the pictures but iv got to account for the bedding in, so iv just gradually lowered it a little until i got to the point where i feel bedding in will finish it off height wise, im now down the pub and cues at home but il put a picture up of it now, after my experience with the last tip id expect it to basically just get a little flatter on top, but not by much, then il very finely shape it more domed without taking any height off the tip and thatll be me done.

The last one i had from adr i had near perfect for me, im hoping this comes even closer, right now its playing exactly like i expected, so consistancy seems very good (especially after using elks previously!)

Iv also had interest from a few members of my snooker team and also one guy from another team (who enquired about my tip after a good frame when i pulled off some good deep screw shots, so i may well be buying another 8 or 10 to retip theirs aswell!)

Awesome product and i seriously think professionals will be using this tip before long
