All I can say is the leather appears of very good quality very tough and takes a little work shaping, I would say its a tip you can put on and after a little tuning forget it ! To sum up I would say a Bomb Proof, Workhorse Tip, that you dont have to keep faffing around with, No idea where they are made or by who, maybe Adr147 could update us.
