Google for the item. Someone must sell this item in your area. Email them a piccie and see if they can provide a replacement key.

Is there a sticker or phone number on the box?

EDIT: Google coin operated snooker lights

Have you tried phoning them up and asking them about the keys?

The other alternative is to phone a lock smith. They'll be able to get into the unit and fit a new lock.

if it is a Peradon meter give them a call direct, they were helpful when our meter went on the fritz a while back, easy fix over the phone

Shouldn't really tell you this but have a look inside and see how many little indentations are there, it could be a seven pin, eight pin, nine pin.....then google and find yourself a cheap whatever pin tubular lock pick and the rest is history

ha i don't work as a locksmith but i have a friend who does, it's really quite simple and the bonus is if you buy the correct one you get a key gauge so once you have picked the lock you can used the gauge to get another key cut.

A long shot... but the company who does maintenance on your tables may have a key for it. I know that's what happens with the fitters I have dealt with.
