Wanted used ferrule cutter with or without inserts

I am just starting to repair cues for local lads that play in pool league and would like to purchase a USED FERRULE CUTTER i have done a few by hand without any problem but was wondering if this would make life any easier.
Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
