I have tryed the NIR chalk 2 years ago. One word: horrible.

Always used Tweeten's Green Triangle.. can't go wrong IMHO.

Have tried the g-brand chalk was very messy, didnt like it on talisman med tip.

NIR is quite messy. After which they came up with Blue Diamond which was way way better. G-Korean on the other hand is finer but at the same time also very messy.

I played a fair bit of 3 Cushion carom growing up. Recently I played one my old mates who kept with it.
He used the Molinari chalk with a Lucasi cue. Nice, tight solid shots.
He used to use the Kamui but opted for the Molinari, largely behind the co$t.
I was thinking of trying the Molinari with my snooker cue.

I have a feeling the Molinari is just Predator 1080 but round

I have searched a lot but haven't seen a solid consistent 'Snooker' chalk. The smaller diameter tip would be good match with the Kamui but its ungodly expensive.
(Of course I just dumped 1500 quid for an antique table!)

I have no idea whether the chalks I've tried were consistent but you could give them a try.
