  • Cuesoul tips from cuedos

Wonder if anyone out there has tried the new CUESOUL TIPS From CUEDOS on e bay ? I purchased a hard tip and it appears very good quality and shapes and burnishes well, however think it may be a little to hard for me so I am going to try the medium as I thought they were a very good quality item.

How did you find your screw shots with the medium ? its hard finding the right hardness of tip as there is no sort of standard, I agree they look and feel a bit like a KAMUI Cuedos markets some good gear just waiting for him to stock some of that high class chalk at a price we can afford £19 quid for a bit of chalk from Japan you have got to be kidding. (Kamui Chalk £19.50 on Craftsman Cues web site would anyone pay that ???????

yeah, £19.50 for chalk is wierd to get my head around too
screw shots are fine with the medium, i havn't miss cued excpet for when i was really pushing the limits!!. I'm hitting some ridiculous shots with side just for fun.
I saw on an american pool site they did a test for every pool tips hardness so you could compare them all, with elk masters coming out softest, and interestingly for me talisman soft werent that much harder , would be good if all the snooker tips could be compared in the same way. Like, i think a phoenix medium is softer than a talisman medium but would be good if it could be proven u know?

I would think with leather being a natural material its hard to come up with a standard every time, would be interested to know how they make and grade tips for different hardness how the making of a hard tip differs from a soft anyone out there got some technical info into the making of a tip ???
