Tip Compresser

Hi
Being new to replacing my own tips I've come across a tip compressor ? I understand the concept but wonder if it makes much difference and if anyone on here has had experience with one ?

I've had a lot of success using one personally, I tip a lot of cues in the local club and had nothing but positive responses. It also makes the tips more consistent in hit...hope this helps.

hi you don't need to buy one just use a g clamp that's what i use . i clamp it up tight for one hour job done

A tip compressor isn't for holding the tip on when waiting for the glue to dry, but a device that compresses the tip before you stick it on
