  • Question regarding cue case

Hi, I have a 1 piece leatherette cue case and when I place my cue in it, the case doesn't seem to be fully closed. I leave the case unbuckled at home and only push it down to buckle when I bring it out. The part of the case not fully closed is the cue's butt.

I'm wondering if this is because the case is not big enough, butt of the cue too big, or this is normal. Thanks

    Question regarding cue case

some cases go for lots of padding so when closed the cue doesn't move.
what make of case is it?

Sorry for the post above, my blackberry was lagging badly.

Does your case do the same as well? Mine is brand-less.

That's nice... Would love to have one in future.

Will my cue be damaged? It is straight... for now. I'm ordering a new cue soon but I'm afraid this case will affect it.

Don't know where you're from but if you live in a place where you cannot go out and buy a case at a store, have your cue maker send your cue in a new case of your choice. This way you don't pay shipping twice. Hope this helps.
The bitter taste of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

probably you have already tried this!! But,, I wonder, have you tried to close the case without those two chalks. Maybe I'm wrong. but the way I see it in the photo, they are a bit higher than the button of the cue.

I just tried after reading this but sadly, no... My guess is the pads are too thick. And by any chance can I take it to the local store to do something about it?

yes ,, but to be honest, that gonna cost you money !! what you can possibly do is take the pad off and buy a pad from peradon (what they use in aluminum case). if I were you, I would contact peradon and ask his advice !!!!
