Wanted mini Butt and Extension for Glover Cue

Hi,

I have just acquired an excellent Glover one piece cue but need a mini butt and extension to fit the butt.

Does anyone have spares they are willing to sell.

Alternatively any ideas where I may get them for reasonable price...the thread appears quite small compared to that on the Mastercue I had previously.
