Gorilla superglue gel, which is basically superglue with added elastomer particles.

This stuff is great, best I have come across, keeps well, dispenses well, lots in a bottle and not that expensive.

i use the loctite gel, i get the packs with 3 small tubes in, no point getting the bigger tubes as they are useless after a few uses anyway, they just clog up.

I always keep mine in the fridge too which does seem to help.

The condition of the glue is paramount too, i ran out of the new stuff and found an old tube in the shed and my tip fell off after 2 sessions.
