i used some of this for the first time yesterday. Its much cleaner than masters but i did have a kick and a miscue, this was uk pool on the ipa blue cloth.

It doesnt seem to stick to the harder tips, but i was due a new tip anyway so changed my tip much better coverage now and the chalk was only a tenner so i'll probably keep trying it..

If you're getting it for a tenner maybe you should tell everyone where, because the best price I've seen is at 15 or even higher. Think about it though...Triangle Spruce you can get for less than 1pound (even less for a volume buy) a cube and even if you use chalk after every shot that's still 10 cubes in your case and 15 cubes in everyone else's case. When the price of this chalk gets down to less that 2quid I might consider buying a sleeve of 3.

my mate bought a load of boxes so i got it at cost.

At the end of the day its a gimmick, but for the cost of a few pints it was worth trying it out. I've wasted far more money on far worse things lol

Wouldn't mind trying out this "jesus chalk", but realistically the price for all it is is still looney tunes territory. Its a lump of chalk in a different shape, that's alleged to stop kicks, could be a total placebo imo.

A while back shaun murphy was convinced that polishing the balls and cleaning them before matches would stop kicks and they had mixed results, this chalk is really no different, some might see a difference others won't.

Mark Williams was using it on layered tips and now he uses it on a pressed tip so it's fine on either.
