You could probably buy it from somewhere in the U.S
I didn't find Triangle chalk but I did find at a nearby billiard shop their sister brand Elk Master chalk in light green...very nice and dry, I bought myself a whole box on Sunday afternoon. :snooker: For some reason, Elk Master light green is a lot drier than the ubitiquous Elk Master blue that every pool hall here has (and which stains a lot more).

It's just my slightly different term for the same thing; I think the elk logos are also on the chalk boxes.

Triangle chalk light green is lighter and drier than Master. I like the Master gold that's good for not marking.

Is Triangle light green even made anymore? For that matter, how does Triangle dark green compare to Master light green?

Light Triangle is everywhere again. It's years since the dark green came in and light was hard to get hold of. It's the dark that's hard to get hold of now!

Green Master sits between light and dark Triangle in shade and heavyness.
I prefer light Triangle to green Master and Master to dark Triangle.

ive not had a problem over the years getting either, even when there was meant to be a short supply of the light.

I'd say 3 years ago the light disappeared from my local Rileys and chalk vendors and was replaced ny dark. The rumour was some sort of EU law meant they had to change the way they made it. Probably crap! I heard this at Rileys and saw it on the web though.
After about 6 months the light was back and I 've not seen the dark for 2 years and someone was on here saying they couldn't get dark.

Got them off ebay. £2.25 for a box of 12 and 1.65 for delivery. members name is notonlybowls. If you order before 2pm they get it to you next day. Really really good for ebay.

They do loads of other bits and pieces too. Good for me as there is nothing at all round near me for snooker or pool.
