Thurston customer service

Ordered a 3/4 cue case from Thurston the other day. Unfortunately, they messed up my order slightly and delivered it to my billing address, rather than the delivery address i had specified.
I told them about the mistake and they immediately said that they'd send me another case, this time to the correct address. They're also making arrangements to collect the other case from my billing address.

The guy on the phone was very helpful - i'd recommend them to anyone, despite the mistake

We have a contract with Thurstons to look after our tables. They ****ed up one of them cutting the pocket leathers too short, and mis-aligned the cushions so all the pockets were different sizes!

After numerous phonecalls nothing was was done, so we rang up head office. They sent a big dog manager down from Liverpool, who sorted out the problem himself. He wasn't best pleased with the service we'd been receiving from our local fitters.

All in all we've had a mixed bag with their service.
