I think Mike is running the local post office and he has a Cafe as well. Maybe these are contributing to the longer wait times?
In 2018 I dropped a cue off and he had it altered by 2 weeks later when I was on my way back to the USA. I picked up another cue which I had ordered a month prior to me leaving the USA.
