  • Cue repairs and refinishing?

Wondered if anyone had any recommendations for cue repairs and refinishing (maybe not too far from Buckinghamshire but not essential).

I have one cue which might have a slight bend maybe 4-6" back from the tip and I'm wondering if this sort of thing can be straightened?
Then I have a couple of cues that I'd be interested in getting refinishined?

    Any suggestions/recommendations appreciated....

Cue Craft is in Worksop, maybe worth a call to see what they can do.

There is Paul Dawes (Amsa Cues) in Hereford but not sure if still around.

For refurbs and repairs I have used Andy Travis many times with good results. He is over Sheffield way so would be post as nearly anyone else would be really

A bit of a drive out or post not really a problem. I'll give CueCraft a call.

      Any other suggestions welcome...

Let us know how you get on.

If posting is not a problem, then I would give Andy a call, from personal experience, well worth a contact at least

Andy was unfortunately a non starter, had been ill and too busy.

I'm still looking for other recommendations if anyone has any...

I’ve used Robert Osbourne who is based in South London and was more than happy with the service . You will probably have to take the cue in person to be altered though but I would contact him to confirm that .

I tried to get a cue from Robert recently but he had nothing, when I spoke to him it sounded like he was no longer working?

The last time I was there about a year ago in between lockdowns he said he was no longer making cues for the public . He is focusing just on the Chinese market . He was however still doing alterations to personal callers ( after making an appointment ).
Try giving him a call, he is normally available in the afternoons .

Hi, did you manage to get your cue done because if you didn't, i can do it and I'm in North London, Tottenham.
