    a cue with thuya burl on ebay currently at £26.00 with an hour left!!

    I dont think much of the make mind robin scott handmade??? might be made in japan or something. Quite good for the price mind if it is thuya burl on the butt dont you think.

    I don't think it's thuya burl as I can't see any burl in the wood at all! Also, "some small cracks and scratches"in the main butt?!? Did you look at the cue? There are splits all over the shop and they don't look superficial to me. Even at £26, I don't think it's worth the money.

      yeah now you mention it i did look down at the pictures and saw that big split. They shouldn't be able to sell that stating its thuya burl when its not! Always a good point to stick with cue makers you know eh??
