  • Ebony Cracks

Has anyone come across hairline cracks in the ebony of a cue at the joint? They seem to be about an inch long and run along the length of the shaft.

Could it be the ebony itself, or simply the finish?

    Any comments would be appreciated.

Would need photos to be sure; it could be a crack, it could be the glue line, it could be many things. Can you post photos?

Write another 5 posts quickly to get you up to 10 and then you can post photos, I think.
