Best budget cue for £150-180

Hi folks, brand new player here, looking to uprade my current BCE centre split which I just don't get on with at all, although I am unsure why. I have been looking at Britannia cues, are they any good? I love the look of their hornet model. also considering Taylor made, Baize master, or Keith Auld who lives about 2 minutes away from me (although I have heard mixed reviews from some time ago...) any help would be fantastically recieved.

Master Cue is decent and in your budget. Their Pro Butt and Millennium ranges are really good for the price. They have a few UK stockists.

If you look up James Butters on on facebook he may have some 1 piece handmade cues available - I contacted Jim 5/6 years ago when my old 3/4 cue joint broke a couple of weeks before a final, needed something quick and it's still my playing cue to this day. Only cost me £160!

5 or 6 years is a long time ago now.
£160 today covers the materials and the postage but the 10 hours of work involved will cost another £200 easily.
