Lindop / powerglide

Hi all, is there a connection between Lindop and Powerglide? I’ve come across cues that look like powerglide models but are badged as Lindop? Did powerglide make cues for them?

I would say that they must have had a business arrangment as, like you, you can not miss the "Lindop" badged Powerglide cues
