Hello everyone,
Has anybody ordered a cue from Ton Praram and had to wait more that 5 weeks to receive the order number?
I have paid half of the price to Ton Praram, I was told after I paid ( you will receive your cue order number) but didn't receive it yet, after one week I also asked but I got only one reply which was (Hi) and then we talked about different things then I said to myself maybe they are busy. So far its been almost 40 days since I paid.
Is this normal?
