Hello folks,
This is something I posted in the amateur snooker FB group and got a lot of stick! So hopefully I can find a little more guidance here -
So I won a John Parris Paragon from a WST comp back in Dec. The cue has never been used and therefore as new. I am not a great player, but I do have a cue I already like - namely a Peradon King that was refinished by Robert Osbourne
It seems a bit daft to hold onto the Parris but on the flip side realise they are quite hard to get new these days
So firstly - would you guys hold onto the Parris? And secondly what would it be worth?
Specs are - It has an Ash shaft, Ebony hand spliced butt with a Thuya face splice over white black white veneers. It is 58” long with a 9.5mm tip and weighs18.3oz
I have never made a break over 20 so having two cues is a bit overkill!
Cheers
Adam
