A shender cue??

i have bought a cheap cue and the description was wrong. when i dig around it says shender (made in china). Am i right in thinking this is a really cheap cue??

I'd have thought I'd cost almost that just to ship the cue from China. The one I have purchased cost £12 for delivery but considering that is DHL tracked I cannot imagine they're making much/anything on it.

worse thing is it was from the uk and not in great nick. lucky that they put the item description was wrong and i used paypal so i will claim and send it back!
