Me neither! Ask our friend ADR147 once the rugby has finished!

I had a pool cue from Excalibur. Was not too cheap and was nicely made.
Sold it a couple of weeks ago.
There are always a few new pool cues on ebay.
But i do not think that they are too specialized in snooker so i would avoid the cue...
I am confused... Oh wait... Maybe I'm not...

        Ok thanks

That's enough of an opinion for me to not buy the cue. I'll go for a Wooldridge or a TW one.

Anybody who has a Wooldridge Shark and a TW? I'd like to know how they compare...

        Thx a lot!

Which TW are you talking about? Trevor White or Tony Wilshaw?

You can't really compare a Wooldridge Shark, which is a butterfly-spliced cue at £160 with a hand-made cue by Trev, Tony or Mike himself! If you really want to compare, you'd have to compare a Mike Wooldridge hand-spliced cue with a hand-spliced cue by Trev or Tony, which is not worth doing as they all make top-class cues!

You have to decide if you want a cue based on budget or not. If it's budget then go for the Shark, as it's £160 compared to £250 for a simple Trev or £275 for a simple Tony.

          Hope this helps,
          Keith

Hm... sounds logical. Thanks for your answer Keith!
But I don't want to know this anymore. Made my decision and am going to be happy with it.

But if anyone else wants to know: I'd compare a Trev to a Mike.

            cheers Keith!
