From where can buy hand made/good quality used cues, is there any specific store or other marketing web site mainly for it?

ebay is your best bet, or in the for sale section on here.

Craftsman stock traded in cues, also ADR147 will have a decent selection.

Is there anything specific your looking for?

Ebayuk is a good place, Idid150 on ebay has lots, lauracuetip also, potblack 151. You could also contact Dave Coutts of Coutts Cues or Craftsman in Leeds, they also usually have antique cues. Dave Coutts normally has good ones in stock. ADR147 on this forum, too.

Looking only for top makers used cues like: Robin Cook, TW, JP, MW, etc...
Those are needed for having a collection, own use and part will be for trading
