But I guess it is free for them,

I assume you confused the 3 star and 4 star prices.
The whole range is hand made? How would you rate there middle range in terms of design/attention to details and in terms of playability? sorry for all the quitions, but I heard of this brand but never saw one myself. as a cues addicted you can understand my curiosity...

With the finish shown, I believe that is a result of his repeat burnishing and layers of oil. Could he have achieved the glossy layer of patina by simply burnishing the cue repeatedly for a very long time without taking off the original finish?

Thz a lot,I change the price.
Yes,the whole range is hand made.They rate it by the wood.When I go to their factory,see they write ABCD on the wood.It have a big difference between Gentleman & Sovereign.

LP is depend on the wood,the plate.
5Star can be same splice with 3Star,coz the also star Level.

I am happy that people will ask me questions about LP.
Anyway,it's a good cue.The best in china.

At the moment,I can't tell u anythings between LP & Accuerate.
Maybe u guess it yourself.

Sure,but u must clear it with alcohol 1st to make sure the wood is clear~!
Um...after achieved that glossy layer,I only need to oil the cue once a month.

considering the labour cost and materials cost in china, the price range is far too expensive.

I am sure this is not the local price in china.

my new robin cook cue was delivered on friday the cue i ordered in the 1st post and it hasnt disapointed its perfect a realy well made cue i got exactly what i asked for the ebony is as black as i have seen all the splicing is perfect and the finish is unbelivable a nice ash shaft with a very tight grain i played a few games with it last night and it plays superb a realy classy looking cue. i would post some pics but dont know how.
